At Arnold Ventures, I translate research, data, public policy, and advocacy into visual communication that helps people understand what matters.
As Brand & Creative Manager, I partner with researchers, policy experts, communicators, and leadership to develop campaigns, reports, presentations, motion graphics, data visualizations, and brand systems that make important ideas easier to understand — and harder to ignore.
Much of the work happens long before a design file is opened. It starts with listening, asking questions, identifying the core idea, and finding the simplest, most effective way to communicate it. Whether developing a national campaign, building scalable creative systems, or translating dense research into accessible visuals, the goal is always the same: bring clarity to something important.
Working in philanthropy has fundamentally reshaped how I think about design. Today, I'm less interested in making information beautiful than in making it understandable. Thoughtful design doesn't simply improve how something looks. It helps people think more clearly, connect more deeply, and create momentum for meaningful change.
